Adult's Classes

Adult's Classes
Fitness Ballet
You've read about them in the paper, but did you know you have one in your own neighborhood? This class combines ballet, cardiovascular work, weights and conditioning into one class. It takes a dancer to teach dance and we've got the best. Come try it and stand lean, strong and tall with the grace of a dancer.

Eclectic Fitness
A combination of dance, calisthenics, aerobics, stretch, weights and then some, this class will be just what you are looking for. It fits all your needs. Your body will be worked evenly and thoroughly resulting in a fitter, stronger, and healthier you. It's like having your own personal trainer with a much smaller dent in your wallet.

Stretch Class
Relieve tension after those long days at work or with the kids. Relax it all out as you clear your mind, stretch your muscles and open your joints. Using a combination of exercises from dance, yoga, and Pilate’s you can rid yourself of the stiffness that comes from holding in and not breathing. With over twenty-five years of experience in virtually every type of exercise, Gail Pearson has put together what she feels is the best of all worlds. This class is not aerobics or calisthenics. It is purely to let the stress go so that you feel you can face the world again.
